Orders are fulfilled from China. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
• United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• Europe and the Middle East: 8–18 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
• Other supported destinations: 12–25 business days

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not offer delivery to destinations where reliable tracked service is unavailable. If we cannot ship an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
