  All orders are shipped from China.

  Processing Time

  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is

  confirmed.

  Estimated Delivery Time

  Orders to the United States usually arrive within 7–15 business

  days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be

  affected by customs clearance, local carriers, holidays,

  weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

  Tracking

  Tracking information will be emailed once your order has

  shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

  Customs and Duties

  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes,

  or other fees charged by the destination country, unless

  otherwise stated at checkout.

  Incorrect Address

  Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate

  shipping address. Please contact us promptly if an address

  needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an

  Lost or Damaged Orders
